The masseuse will start with a traditional Thai massage - using acupressure and gentle stretching to harmonise the energy pathways in the body. She then focuses on the head, ears and face, where special techniques bring relief and revitalization.

3. You will enjoy the effects of the massage

After the procedure, we recommend to follow an increased drinking regime and take a rest. Only in this way can the body fully absorb the beneficial effects of the massage and naturally get rid of the released toxins.

This unique package combines the power of traditional Thai massage with targeted upper body care. Thai massage, also called Nuad Thai, works with the Sen energy pathways, of which there are ten in the body. Using gentle stretching, acupressure and special massage techniques, it releases blockages in these pathways and restores the natural flow of energy.

The full body treatment is followed by a specialized upper body massage. The head massage releases tension in the temples and temple area, which helps with headaches and migraines. The ear massage uses traditional Chinese medicine knowledge of reflex points. During the final facial massage, the masseuse uses gentle techniques. It activates the facial muscles and promotes the natural regeneration of the skin.

This massage is not suitable for acute inflammation, fever, high blood pressure, immediately after surgery and also in the first trimester of pregnancy. In case of any health limitation, consult a doctor for the suitability of the treatment.
